CRIMES ON THE MAGICAL PLANE and MAGICAL ALIENATION, as
well as the Agatha, Anthony, Macavity, Lefty Award-nominated
Tracy Eaton mysteries, REVENGE OF THE GYPSY QUEEN, DEM
BONES' REVENGE and REVENGE FOR OLD TIMES’ SAKE.
She has written two standalone thrillers, NEVER SAY DIE
and DEVIL’S GAMBIT – DEVIL’S DUE. Kris
has published some sixty short stories, including two
Derringer Award winners and two Pushcart Prize nominees.
She teaches writing online for the Writers' Program of
the UCLA Extension School, and is co-owner of THE WELL
RED COYOTE bookstore in Sedona, Arizona.

publications as WOMAN'S WORLD, BLUE MURDER MAGAZINE, CRIMESTALKER
CASEBOOK, MURDEROUS INTENT and many others; as well as
number of anthologies in the US and overseas. She is a
two-time Derringer Award winner and a two-time Pushcart
Prize nominee for short mystery fiction. Along with her
husband, she owns THE WELL RED COYOTE bookstore in Sedona,
Arizona, and teaches crime writing online for the Writers'
Program of the UCLA Extension School in Los Angeles.
